Thanks for diving a little deeper into our company. It is an honor to share a little glimpse into my life and passions in the hospitality industry. After growing up in the hospitality industry with my father being a general manager of hotels across the country, the hospitality industry was firmly in my blood. I founded International Purchasing Agents in 1993 with my wife Janet, and was hellbent on bringing top quality and expert know-how to the hospitality industry to the Caribbean Islands. I was head strong, eager and able to provide expertise in hotel and resort management having grown up in and around  it. In 1983, through the Historic Monuments Act and Legacy of Parks program, the City of Coral Gables was granted ownership control of the historic Biltmore enabling its full restoration to be opened as a grand hotel. It was reopened the end of 1987 as a the benchmark in luxury hotels and resorts - guided by my father and the leadership team, my skills and acumen soared. This industry is honed in my blood and I'll work tirelessly to ensure your trust and business.  When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, concerts, football and family time. I've been happily married since 1989, the proud father of 3 amazing young adults (one of whom, Chelsea is my right hand person here at IPA) and giddy grandpa to 4 bubbly toddlers.
